J. Peraica, President
Anthony J. Peraica is an experienced attorney and
litigator who has managed his own practice for over 17 years.
Mr. Peraica has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury,
Social Security Disability, corporations, real estate law and civil
litigation, among others. He has served as an arbitrator in the
Cook County Circuit Court's Mandatory Arbitration Program for several
years. Previously, Mr. Peraica was a Special Assistant Attorney
General of the State of Illinois.
Mr. Peraica has also had a life-long commitment to
public service. He currently serves as both Cook County
Commissioner for the 16th District, and as Republican Committeeman of
Lyons Township. He has previously Served in other unpaid
capacities, including Lyons Township Mental Health Commissioner and by
appointment by former Governor Edgar on the Dentistry Panel of the
Illinois Department of Professional Regulations. Mr. Peraica
Served the Boy Scouts of America for several years as their Vice
President for International Scouting. Mr. Peraica has been a
board member of two chambers of commerce, and is President Emeritus of
the Croatian American Association.
Mr. Peraica earned his B.S. in Political Science
from the University of Illinois, and his J.D. from the John Marshall
Law School.
